Attorney Brett Benson, J.D.
Idaho Personal Injury Attorney Brett Benson graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in 1993, and obtained his Juris Doctorate at the University of Tulsa in 1996.
Brett focuses on litigation, mediation and arbitration cases that involve automobile accidents, truck accidents, negligence injury, wrongful death and civil appeal cases.
Prior to teaming up with Gregory & Swapp, Brett worked in private practice and was corporate counsel for the Great Saltair, LLC. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and has been involved in mass tort litigation, specifically the Fen Phen Class Action. During his legal career, Brett has provided pro bono legal advice for a variety of nonprofit organizations. He is currently a board member for Eye Care for Kids, a nonprofit organization based in Utah.
In his free time, Brett enjoys reading, hiking, and hanging out with his three daughters.
