Idaho Personal Injury Attorney Erik Highberg, J.D.
Idaho Personal Injury Attorney Erik Highberg earned his bachelor’s degree in political science in 1988 from Whitman College. Three years later, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law, where he was executive editor of the Willamette Law Review.
Erik’s areas of expertise include automobile accidents, truck accidents, negligence injury, and wrongful death.
Before coming to Gregory & Swapp, Erik practiced law in Oregon as an attorney and shareholder for Crothers & Hansen P.C. in Salem, and later as General Counsel for a major mining and road construction firm, Yuba North, Inc., in Medford. Since 1999, he has also practiced motor vehicle injury law in his native city of Spokane.
An Emergency Medical Technician and volunteer firefighter since 1985, Erik currently serves as the EMS Lieutenant for Spokane County Fire District 9, Station 94. He is also a fire investigator for the fire district and a member of the local ski patrol.
Erik is also commercial pilot and flight instructor and enjoys snow skiing, and spending time with his family.
