Idaho Personal Injury Attorney Paul C. Swainston obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University. Paul then earned his Juris Doctgorate degree from the Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane where he graduated Cum Laude.
Paul specialties include automobile accident, truck accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and product liability cases.
Before coming to Gregory & Swapp, Paul worked worked for two large commercial litigation firms: Moffatt, Thomas, Barrett, Rock & Fields in Boise, and Witherspoon, Kelley, Davenport & Toole in Spokane. He then worked as managing litigation attorney for Litster Injury Lawyers in Boise. Paul is also a member of the American Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
When Paul is not practicing law, he can be found playing basketball, tennis, attending the opera, listening to classical music, hiking or attending his children’s activities.
