Personal Injury Attorney Richard Spratley received his bachelor’s degree in political science in 1974 from the University of Idaho, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Richard then earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the College of Law at the same university in 1977.
Richard handles cases that involve automobile accidents, truck accidents, negligence injury and wrongful death.
Prior to working for Gregory & Swapp, Richard was a personal injury defense attorney for a number of major insurers, including State Farm, Farmers, TransAmerica, and Home Insurance. He was named one of the “Utah Legal Elite” by Utah Business Magazine in 2007.
